How to add a new payment method

  1. Navigate to the Settings → Payment Settings page
  2. Clicks on the + Add Payment Method button, which triggers a Add payment method modal
  3. From the payment methods available showed in the modal, choose one that you want to enable in your funnel or stores

To connect Stripe payment gateway

  1. Once you have select Stripe from the Add payment method modal, you will be redirected to a Stripe setup page


  2. From this page, clicks on the Connect With Stripe button, which will redirect you to an authorization page powered by Stripe

  3. If you already have a Stripe account, you can enter the email address associated with your Stripe account into the Email input, or you can enter a new email address to create a new Stripe account

  4. Follow the instructions in the Stripe authorization page

  5. Once you have login your Stripe account, select the account you want to connect with Hypershapes and clicks Connect


  6. You will be redirected back to the Stripe setup page. To verify that your Stripe account has been connected to Hypershapes, you will see the name of the account you connected just now inside the bracket.

  7. Once your Stripe account is connected, you can further customize the settings of your Stripe payment gateway connection

    1. Display Name

      1. the name that your customer will see when they choose the payment method to pay for their order during checkout
    2. Enable FPX

      Financial Process Exchange (FPX) is a Malaysia-based payment method that allows customers to complete transactions online using their bank credentials. It is one of the most popular online payment methods in Malaysia
      • Once enabled, your customer will see an extra option when selecting payment methods during checkout

      • You can customize the name in the Stripe FPX payment method option with the Display Name Of FPX setting

      • Remark: In order to process real payment with FPX, you will need to enable it in Stripe Payment methods page and provide some additional information for verification. Enable Stripe FPX in Hypershapes without successful verification by Stripe may fail the customer’s payment.

    3. Status

      1. you can decide whether enable or disable Stripe payment method in your mini store, online store or funnel. Once enabled, your customer can pay their order with Stripe payment gateway
  8. Once you have done set up the Stripe payment method, clicks on Save to update your funnel or stores with the updated configurations of Stripe payment.



SenangPay

To connect SenangPay payment gateway

  1. Once you have select SenangPay from the Add payment method modal, you will be redirected to a SenangPay setup page
    Settings:

    1. Display Name

      1. the name your customers will see when they choose the payment method to pay for their order at checkout
    2. Merchant ID & Verify Key

      1. SenangPay requires Merchant ID & Verify Key to ensure a secured connection with Hypershapes
      2. To get Merchant ID & Verify Key:
        1. Login to your SenangPay dashboard

        2. From the left navigation bar, navigate to Settings > Profile

        3. From the profile page, scroll to a box titled SHOPPING CART INTEGRATION LINK

        4. Copy the Merchant ID and Secret Key and paste them into the corresponding inputs in the Hypershapes’s SenangPay setup form respectively

    3. Return URL (Online Store) & Return URL (Mini Store)

      1. The URL displayed here will be used to redirect your customers after their payment has been successfully processed by SenangPay
      2. To fill the return URL in your SenangPay dashboard:
        1. From the same box as you get Merchant ID & Verify Key just now, fill in the Return URL of the sales channel (online store/mini store) you want to enable SenangPay into the Return URL input

    4. Status

      1. you can decide whether enable or disable SenangPay payment method in your mini store or online store. Once enabled, your customer can pay their order with SenangPay payment gateway
  2. Once you have done set up the SenangPay payment method, clicks on Save to update your stores with the updated SenangPay configurations

Manual Payment

  • select this payment method if you allow your customer to pay their order without using Stripe or SenangPay, but with:
    1. Cash On Delivery (COD)
    2. E-wallet (with personal Qr Code)
    3. Bank Transfer

To set up manual payment

  1. Once you have select Manual Payment from the Add payment method modal, you will be redirected to a manual payment setup page
    Settings:

    1. Display Name

      1. the name your customers will see when they choose the payment method to pay for their order at checkout
    2. For Instruction To Your Customer

      1. You can use the Rich Text editor here to provide detailed instructions to your customer on how to pay for their order
      2. The instructions you wrote will be displayed to the customer when they select manual payment from the payment method options
        • Example:

    3. Status

      1. you can decide whether enable or disable this manual payment method in your mini store or online store. Once enabled, your customer can pay their order with this manual payment method
  2. Once you have done set up this manual payment method, clicks on Save to update your stores with the updated manual payment configurations

  3. Remarks: you can enable more than 1 manual payment methods in your account. For example: 1 for COD, 1 for E-wallet and 1 for Bank Transfer.
